My tracking says "no information available at the moment"?
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Where is my item shipping from?

Can I make a change to my order?

Watch is good
My experience has not been that great, especially with the left crown. Is it just decorative? On my watch, it actually came out but I was able to put it back in but I'm concerned that it will come out and I won't be able to find it. Also, when looking at the face of the watch, are the figure and numbers also decorative? I misplaced my instructions and I originally bought it thinking that the left side of the face served a purpose but it hasn't moved since I've had the watch. Perhaps this information was on the website from which I purchased it and I just missed it. I generally try to stay away from watches with decorative dials but not all sellers reveal that information. On the Effect watch that I 'm reviewing, it makes for an excessively large watch unless it is supposed to serve a purpose.
